Mid-Testnet Update

We've just rolled out an update to C3.io's Testnet.
Testnet is simply a testing environment that we use to implement new features and test them with users. This helps us get crucial feedback and solve errors. We expect operational problems will appear from time to time on our Testnet!
We're committed to resolving every issue found during this test phase to guarantee a seamless Mainnet experience. And most of all, we appreciate all of you helping us out with your reports!

Here are the main issues this new update addresses:

LOGIN DENIAL OF SERVICE

Some users experienced issues login in. This was an API authentication process issue with some of the vendors.

MATCHING ENGINE BUY MARKET CANCELLATION FIX

Some users saw their 'cancel' order not closing properly, regardless of the sum.

MBR FIX ON DEVELOP

Some users users contract weren't settled on the right chain.

RELAYER EXPONENTIAL BACK-OFF

Some users didn't see the right sum repay amount.

ALLOW MATCHING ENGINE RESTART WITHOUT CLOSING ALL THE OPEN ORDERS

BUG IN MATCHING ENGINE UNCROSSING ALGORITHM
